QCI specializes in providing comprehensive, up-to-date study materials for ASQ certification exams. Training books (Primers) are available for 14 different certifications. Each Primer is a self contained reference source to prepare the student for the exam. To further assist the student, QCI offers Solution Texts and Electronic Exam CDs which are certification specific. QCI also has a PDF CD to aid instructors as a teaching tool using LCD projection.

Quality Council also publishes an ISO Primer, a Quality System Handbook, an ISO 9001 Internal Auditing Primer, and retails a variety of other quality related books and software.
